A fantastic handman. Roan is knowledgeable on many aspects of building, plumbing and electrics. Is fairly priced and will not leave the job until he had figure out what the issue is and completed it to a high standard.
Roan replaced a bathtap, resealed windows inside and out, and replaced an extractor fan that ended up taking a lot more time than expected due to differences in wiring from new and old model.

10/Jun/2022 - Another Review
Called Roan to look at my mother's bathroom electric radiator which was leaking. He came immediately and brought with him an identical radiator (from the photos and measurements I sent him). He found the existing radiator's element had burnt out and replaced the item with the spare he brought with him. All done in half an hour and cleaned up after himself. Very reasonable price too. Can't get better than this! Highly recommended.
